Crest of the Wave
Crest of the Wave is an easy-wearing boxy jacket that highlights a simple lace stitch and rich colors. Worked on a large needle with Athena, a nylon core covered with silky cotton. The core becomes very round, making the yarn thick with good bounce and yet lighter weight than you would expect from a yarn knitting on a 10 ½ – 11 needle! The cotton stays cool on your skin and the whole thing works up in a snap.
